We’ve been busy behind the scenes making it easier for you to manage your operations on Fresho — from purchasing to reporting to optimising your product lists. Here’s a look at what’s new this month!
🛒 Smarter Purchasing & Inventory Management
We’ve rolled out a few powerful updates that give you more control and flexibility when it comes to buying on Fresho:
- Map products straight from Sell mode. No more jumping back and forth. You can now manage product mappings without leaving Sell mode.
- Bulk import new suppliers & their products. Onboard new suppliers in a flash — upload everything in one go.
- Manage off-platform suppliers with ease. Keep everything streamlined, even if you’re working with suppliers outside Fresho.
📦 Faster Picking & Packing with Operational Reports
We know how important speed and accuracy are in the warehouse. That’s why we’ve introduced a customisable Operational Report designed to help you process orders more efficiently.
You can now sort and organise orders by:
- Delivery run
- Product group
- Order status
💰 Margin Visibility at Order Entry
No more surprises at invoicing. You can now view margins directly in the order entry screen — giving you clear visibility before you send anything out.
Here’s what you’ll see:
- Overall order margin
- Margins for each line item
This small tweak gives you a big boost in pricing confidence.
🥦 Smarter Filtering in the Products Tab
Managing in-season and off-season products just got easier. We’ve added new filters to help you stay on top of product availability.
Now you can filter your product list by:
- Available
- Not available
- Limited
- Hidden
A cleaner product list = faster updates = less stress.
