What accounting platforms does Fresho integrate with?

Fresho can integrate with just about any accounting, production, or ERP software and hundreds of our customers have already done just that. We can work with you or your consultants to set this up, or can introduce one of our experienced integration partners.

Do I have to invoice in Fresho?

No. We can set up the integration simply to send orders to your system. So you get the benefits of automating your order entry with Fresho, but can pick, pack and invoice in your existing system.

Who pays the card fee?

You choose whether to pass the small card fee on to your customer or to absorb it. You can decide this on a customer-by -customer basis. Learn more here.

Are card fees sent to my accounting system?

You can choose whether or not card fees are sent to your accounting system. If you choose not to, it makes reconciliation easier.

How long does it take to get set up?

You can be set up in minutes. All you need to do is turn on card charging for your customer(s) with one click and you’re good to go. We’re happy to help.

What happens if a payment is unsuccessful?

Both you and your customer are emailed if payment fails. If another invoice is due, the due amount will be added to that balance and another attempt made to take payment. If no other invoice is due, you can create a manual charge once the customer has added funds to the card (or has replaced it if expired).
